This is a specialized handmade botanical blend used to assist with fertility related issues such as: irregular menses, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis.
Ingredients: organic motherwort, organic wormwood, organic yarrow flowers, organic rose petals, organic nettle leaf, organic burdock root, organic dandelion leaf, organic red clover, organic black cohosh, organic dong quai, organic damiana, organic red raspberry leaf, organic ashwagandha root, organic lady's mantle, organic chamomile flowers, and organic alfalfa leaf.
Package Contents: 3 ounce organza bag(s), organic cotton pantyliners, and instruction card.
Directions:
- Place your herb filled organza bag into a medium size pot with water half full.
- Bring to a boil with lid, then remove pot from stove.
- Allow the organza bag to steep for 7 minutes.
- Place your pot under a steaming stool, portable commode, or simply squat over it. (you can also pour the water and bag inside of a sitz bath basin)
- Remove your panties and wear socks!
- Wrap a large blanket (long enough to touch the floor) around your waist to enclose the steam.
- Sit over the steam for 20-30 minutes. (ONLY steam for 10 minutes if you have an iud)
- Don't forget to wear a pantyliner afterwards.
- Allow the water to cool, remove bag and squeeze out excess water and hang to dry (this bag may be used one additional time within two weeks).
